Eric is TAM Europe’s Chief Investment Officer. A CFA Charterholder and qualified financial planner in both the UK and Spain, he spent over a decade in the UK building his career as an investment manager before relocating to Alicante. Eric specialises in portfolio construction, investment research and behavioural finance, with a focus on turning complex data into clear, actionable strategies.
His international background and technical expertise place him in an ideal position to lead TAM Europe’s investment approach, delivering consistent, cost-efficient solutions that support advisers and give clients confidence their wealth is in safe hands.

Marina Seabright
Client Services & Operations Manager
Marina is TAM Europe's Client Services and Operations Manager. Marina studied Business Studies at Bournemouth University where she realised an affinity for investment operations. She graduated with BA Honours, straight into a role at J.P. Morgan in their Derivates team.
Marina now has over 9 years’ experience in investment operations teams, but also in compliance and anti-money laundering teams where she has been responsible for identification, investigation and submission of suspicious activity reports to Law Enforcement.
Such experience places Marina in a perfect position to manage our European operation and support the needs of our financial advisers.
Karla Quesnel
COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Karla joined the TAM Europe operations team in 2023 as our Compliance Officer.
Karla was born and raised in Mexico City and studied International Business at Anahuac University of Mexico, graduating with honors. Karla then went on to study a masters degree in international banking and financial markets where she graduated second in her class. This provided Karla with the opportunity to work as an intern in Banco Santander Madrid, in the area of Business Banking - a prestigious award in Mexico.
Karla moved to Mallorca in 2004 and has since gained valuable experience in several banks, including Halifax Bank of Spain, Lloyds Bank of Spain and Sabadell, working in a range of roles including cash operations, financial advisor, branch supervisor, sales support and analysis and risk control. Such vast experience provides Karla with an enormous set of skills to support TAM Europe with our Compliance duties.
André Grant
Sales & Marketing Support
André joined TAM Europe in 2024 to support the Sales and Marketing teams.
André moved to Mallorca from the United Kingdom at a very young age and soon began translating for local ex pats in their business and legal meetings. An instinctive communicator due to his translation work, he is fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan.
André has represented a number of companies in the sales sector and is now focused on developing new skills. He quickly aspired to enter the financial sector when the right opportunity presented itself and looks forward to developing his role with TAM Europe.
